


When I began Pilates in April 2006, I had a severe scoliosis. The rotation of my ribcage was so bad that I had been unable to sleep on my side for over 27 years. After only four months of Pilates, I could sleep on my side!! My posture and curvature has improved significantly and most importantly, my confidence has changed beyond my wildest expectations. –P.D.
