In July 2008, Sally joined the staff at the Pilates Room located in the Tower Building adjacent to Island Health and Fitness.

Getting Started

We highly recommend a series of private sessions prior to attending a group class: Pilates requires you to access deep core muscles and to maintain proper technique while executing each exercise. This one to one training will accelerate you toward your fitness goals.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are a one to one opportunity to work with a certified instructor. Each session is 50 minutes and utilizes the full system of Pilates equipment. Email Sally Baker at slbaker@twcny.rr.com or phone 607.227.4554 to inquire or schedule a time.
